Leeor Alpern is a public policy expert with over nine years experience in non-profit, government and private sectors. Mr. Alpern has an extensive network of relationships with corporate and government decision makers at the local, state and federal levels. He is also a dedicated volunteer in various community organizations.

Mr. Alpern currently serves as a Senior Public Information Officer for the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD). In this capacity, he is responsible for government & community outreach on AQMD’Äôs state and federal legislative efforts.

Mr. Alpern has been a board member of Visions of Israel Cancer Research Fund for the past several years. He currently serves as President of Democrats for Israel, and is a graduate of the Anti-Defamation League's Glass Leadership Institute and the Jewish Federation New Leaders Project.

Mr. Alpern has Bachelors’Äô degrees in both Political Science and History from U.C. San Diego, and a Master of Public Policy degree from UCLA, specializing in transportation policy and business strategy.

His hobbies include flying around Southern California, traveling, scuba diving, movies and trying new restaurants.
