Postdoctoral Fellowships

$25,000 per year for 2 years. Awarded to new M.D.s and Ph.D.'s who will apprentice in the laboratories of senior investigators.

Research Career Development Awards (RCDAs)

$50,000 per year, for a total of $150,000. Awarded to promising researchers in the field of cancer research who have advanced beyond the postdoctoral level and are well on their way to becoming outstanding independent investigators. Past recipients are permitted to reapply once for this award.

Clinical Research Career Development Awards (CRCDAs)

$50,000 per year, for a total of $150,000. Awarded to promising young medical or pediatric oncologists to afford them the time to conduct clinical research projects and to obtain additional training to become leaders in clinical research programs. Past recipients are not permitted to reapply for this award.

Professorships

$50,000 per year for 7 years (minimum), for a total of at least $350,000. Awarded to full-time senior faculty or persons in equivalent positions who have made outstanding contributions to cancer research. Professorships are awarded for an indeterminate period, subject to scientific review every seven years.
