Pat Fine was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. She graduated from King David High School and went on to study to become a Pharmacist. It was during her apprenticeship that she met her husband, Errol, who by pure chance came into the pharmacy where she was working to seek relief for his pounding headache. That headache resulted in their being married nine months later and six years thereafter, with their three lovely sons they emigrated to the USA. They settled in Santa Monica. Errol worked as an Accountant while Pat busied herself taking care of their children.

It wasn't long before her passion for cooking resulted in her creating small catering events from home. Those endeavors soon blossomed into the successful Catering and Restaurant business that we know as Pat's.

Pat is associated with diverse institutions such as Beit Issie Shapiro in Israel where she is a Board Member, Tomchai Shabbos, Bikur Cholim, Shaarei Tzedek Hospital, StandWithUs and The Orthodox Union to name just a few.

In spite of her busy schedule, she always finds time for the family, both here in the United States and in Israel, and ensures that their five grandsons can be and are, part of every recipe!
